Is there a drain plug? Or drainage holes in the bottom?

There is no drainage plug or holes in Toter two-wheel (trash can) carts. Our cart bodies are manufactured as a single-piece design, using our Advanced Rotation Molding process. This is why Toter carts are the most durable on the market, with an average service life of 15 to 20 years. We offer a 10-year warranty and enjoy the lowest warranty claim rate in our industry.

What are the measurements for the lid? I am planning to back the can to a fence shorter than it but need to confirm clearance in front for a door

The Toter 64-gallon two-wheel cart measures 31.50 inches long, 24.25 inches wide, and 41.75 inches in height.  With the lid "open" in the vertical position, the height is approximately 72 inches (32 inches for the lid plus 39.75 inches for the rest of the container). Does the lid lock somehow to keep animals out?

The lid does not  "lock" on Toter two-wheel (trash can) carts, but the lid fits snugly so that it stays on and does not come off under stress. The tight seal is aided by Toter's "Rugged Rim" technology for added strength around the rim. Many years of consumer experience show that our carts are highly resistant to rain and small animals. It has a double-walled, steel-reinforced rim with 1/4 inch U-bold hinges and a lock.
