This bunkbed is super sturdy and looks great. You will need about half a day to put it together and it’s a two person job. It came with a lot of parts, but the instructions were really good and we didn’t have any issues with missing parts. I’m not sure how long it will last but it seems like it is well built. The desk area has plenty of space and my son is about 5 foot tall and fit well while sitting. Not sure how it will do if he’s 6 foot. Lastly, the bunkbed does well with about an 8 inch mattress. Any thicker then you wouldn’t have guard rails.

Pain in the butt to build when it comes to the bars of bed since they are bars that just slide. Our tactic was to drill second long rail bar to E’s THEN have another person put the slide bars in. Lastly drill the sides. Takes precision. but other than that it stairs are sturdy, desk area is nice, and extra storage is worth it.

Garbage. No instructions, no hardware, no product support over multiple efforts in 3 days. no repose to chat, no response to email with pictures. Don't buy

Pros: • it’s a bed • it didn’t immediately collapse • it’s stable • it holds an 8” foam mattress, an 11 pound cat, and a 175 lb adult without issue • listed dimensions are correct • it saves living space Cons: • assembly with two people took 5 hours • both boxes are needed to start assembly, tough luck if they arrive on different days • it creaks with every movement greater than waving an arm • mdf stairs are press fit into place and either the boards or framing isn’t square so more force than you’d expect is necessary • the LED remote did not come with a battery, it’s a CR2025 if you wish to be prepared Other: • box 1 came in at 107 pounds, box 2 came in at 71 pounds - plan accordingly • the boxes arrived on two separate days Overall it’s a middle of the road option for a bed. Assembly is impossible for a single person, placing the second long guard rail (piece 12) must be done after the slats are in place and getting everything to line is better done with three or four people. I hit all the bolts with blue threadloc because it is a budget bed and I don’t trust the bolts to not back out over time. Were I building it again I would also hit all the connections with a silicone caulk to attempt to reduce creaking. I would personally prefer the desk be at least 2” deeper.

My daughter loves it! Took some time to put it together but overall very satisfied!
