Does this have the clutch on it or just a regular pulley?

Regular pull, not sure any alternators have a clutch.

Is this alternator for an automatic or manual trans? They have different part numbers and pulleys I believe.

I got this for a manual trans and it worked great. Not sure about automatic fitment.

is it a rebuilt or brand new alternator?

It is a brand new unit , I purchased the unit for my 2008 Mustang GT .I had a problem with the unit after 2 months of service the regulator went out in the unit I contacted Amazon and thay contacted the seller the seller sent me another unit that paid all shipping costs. There service department was outstanding I haven't had any problems with the unit and that was 1 year ago knock on wood I would recommend the manufacturer to anyone the fit and Finnish was good as any unit you could buy at the automotive store .Ps that dont need the old core for return.
