The best medicine for a stomach
This is a wonderful tea to serve after a full meal when you feel bloated. It tastes good , not a strong taste, but gentle and easy to digest. It works well. I always feel better after I have a cup of this. I always keep it on hand for guests too who have enjoyed its medicinal properties.

Its good tea. Not a big fan of peppermint teas at all, but with a little honey its mild enough and refreshing. Cold or hot.

Great flavor, just open carefully
I originally bought this just hoping for a nice, soothing nightly tea and I absolutely love it. The flavor is exactly what I was hoping for really comforting and perfect to wind down in the evening. My only small complaint is that the individual packaging can sometimes rip the tea bag when opening it. You just have to be a little careful when tearing it open. I’ve accidentally ripped a couple of the tea bags and had to throw them away.

Amazon bad decision to use paper packaging for these items.!
Absolutely love this tea! I’ve been drinking it for years. Traditional Medicinals offers a great variety of teas! Paper Envelope type of Packaging is wrong for 2 small boxes of tea bags. The 2 boxes arrived smashed….Amazon’s fault for not packaging better,, bad packaging is not the driver/delivery person fault.!!

Very Good
The best tea, i’ve been drinking this for about two months now and it definitely helps with digestion and bloating. I have struggled with IBS for years and this is one thing I really love. It also helps me to be able to have more frequent bowel movements which is nice.

This tea is the best for my belly. Its so comforting and I drink it every night.

Great flavor and effective
I buy this regularly, although I find it rather pricey in amazon. The flavor is minty, and it's strong. I drink it after dinner, and sometimes two cups instead of one. It helps with digestion and calms my tummy before sleep.
