It’s an awesome headset! I am having to do telework d/t the COVID quarantine and I bought this to help me with that. This works great with my landline phone at work, It installed easily into my landline phone, and the sound quality has been adequate. I glad I decided to treat myself with these. Not only can I hear the customer clearly and as crisp as ever. Completely muffles out all the background noise, to the point I can’t hear my coworkers around me! Very good quality and the price was amazing! There is a volume adjustment and mute switch button inline on the cord which helps for fine tuning the volume or mute mic. Highly recommend! I am beyond satisfied!

I have an in-ear hearing aid and cannot use Bluetooth earbuds so I prefer simple wired over the head (dual ear) headsets. This one is of good quality, clear sound and works well with my hearing aid. Cable is flexible, plug and the connection to the head piece are pretty solid. Volume control and the push button that answers/hangs up phone and start/stops audio players can be a bit hard to find at times and even more so with gloved hands. All in all happy with the headset and recommend it. Way better than the junk sold as the Walmarts of the world for sure.

Thus far, I have been using it for a week, I am still higly satisfied over its sound quality and overall performance. It is easy to set and the microphone pickup was nice and clear. It blocks out a lot of noise from background, and breathing. So when we are talking to each other is more clearly. I felt the headset is quite soft and comfortable to wear too...It stays in place but not squeeze too hard to make extended wear unpleasant. Its all worth the money and seems to be a very good and useful partner at work. Will highly recommend for office work.

this headset, while it may be convenient to have, is also a hinderance. callers are very muffled in the ear speaker. it does not come with a foam pad for the boom, so the noise cancelling for the person on the other end is rather staticky, and full of background noise. the cord is nice and long to accommodate movement around a decent sized desk. it does have a good volume adjustment, but it only distorts and enhances how muffled the person you are talking to becomes. bottom line, look elsewhere. i am returning this, and looking at purchasing something else.

Absolutely fantastic! Love using this at work. Love that the speaker moves up and down. Very comfortable to keep on all day.

For the price.. this headset does what it needs to do. I'm able to use it on dial in conference calls with my iPhone and a 3.5mm to lightning adapter. There is one design flaw that has been quite annoying. The hang up button is right at chest level and there have been many times that I've hung up on conference calls by just crossing my arms. I've tried to bring the button up higher and that's helped... but I really think it should be closer to the earpiece.

for the money, this headset is absolutely outstanding. I would give it a 5 out of 5 for the amount that you're spending. That said, I feel like the overall volume could be a little higher when you are maxing it out. Maybe I'm getting old. I'm 43. Other than that, I would say that the volume is normally suitable, and the sound quality is pretty amazing. I think the noise canceling headset really cuts down on my need to yell through whatever other noise there is. We bought a bunch of these for our office at work. It connected to my VoIP phone flawlessly.
