Good Replacement for Original Entrance Lock
Good replacement for the original lock on my 2020 Keystore Laredo 5th wheel.

Easy to Install - Took 10 Minutes and Lined Up Perfectly
I installed these myself in 10 minutes for each lock with a cordless screwdriver being sure not to over tighten and stripped the screws. I installed 2 of them, 1 for each door. I do not have much hand strength so I asked the husband to tighten via screwdriver when all was secured. They provide a door jam plate but it was not compatible with our camper. Our old ones worked so we left them in place. Mine were keyed differently and do not have the same number as the universal keys the camper came with. One key for the top lock and one for the bottom lock. I wish the keys were a different color so I can tell them apart. I put a sticker on them. Received as displayed in the pic. Very happy with the purchase. They are bling bling pretty too!

I like the latch. Replaced my original one on a fifth wheel but this one didnt fit as well. Door latch works and I am able to lock it but without slamming the door handle is loose.

AP chrome travel trailer lock
AP products 013-572 chrome travel trailer entrance lock set was very easy to install. As most of you know most of the truck campers and travel trailers are keyed alike so anyone with trailer keys can get into your trailer. This set are not keyed to match other trailers so I fill much more secure when camping and leaving trailer unsecured.

Always stuck in the retracted position.
This thing sucks. It always gets stuck in the retracted position and I have to push the tab to get it to go back. I thought it might have been a cold weather issue maybe due to moisture in the lock but the issue persists in warmer weather.

Appears to be well built, for its intended purpose...
Lock appears to be built sturdy enough for its price. Though no fault of the lock, I had to shim around the top, left side, and bottom because I presume a previous owner had cut the hole for the lock a little bigger than needed... All in all, it looks good and secures the door as well as can be expected...

I bought this lock because I bought my travel trailer from a place that ripped me off they pretended to give me all the keys to my lock. I just didn't feel safe not being able to lock the bottom lock. I knew what lock I needed by matching the picture on Amazon. I am not smart at all and I could not install this kind of stuff by myself but by looking at my old lock I could see that I should be able to install the new lock. I did it by carefully matching everything as I carefully moved things around. This lock works fantastic. I am so happy. Thank you so much and I feel so safe.
