Big hips or thighs this skirt is not for you
It was really cute and I really wish I could’ve kept it I liked the fluffiness of it and it wasn’t a hard plastic texture like some of the others I have received however it does not stretch to the size listed it is very small I probably would’ve been able to put it on just barely if I put it on like a shirt but it would not go over my behind or thick thighs🤦🏽♀️

NOT PLUS SIZE
I am not sure why companies like this show up when I add plus size to my search. It's so awful, the waist band is kinda stretchy when it's not on but there is this weird lining to it that feels like it keeps it from full stretch. I was so excited for this cute skirt for under my dresses but this is yet again another super cute item only made for those who are thin.

Actually puffy
I was surprised when the package came because it was so small, but the but it qas vacuum sealed, and turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, was worried it wasn't going to be "puffy" but it's perfect!

2 layers of tule. Not 3.
Only 2 layers of tule not 3. There is not nearly enough volume as the photos. The top part of the fabric is like a really ugly outdoors fabric? The material is extremely cheap. The ribbon at the front is only for decoration and doesn't help sinch the waist.
