You have to figure out which one best suits your needs.

Not what I expected. Minimum pain relief, only irritates more. I am not sure, but I think I developed more issues two days after using it. Maybe certain ingredients don’t work specifically for me. I wonder how this product got so many good reviews.

This made things feel so much better. Everything is already In pain so any little bit helps. They also lasted me a while so good size.
