They are 225mm long from the bolt on ratchet to the bottom radius (bearing point) on the claw hook

Would these work for quad/utv wheels?

Sorry there's not a simple answer for this one. The diverter strap is designed to keep the tension straps on the outside of the wheel, the diverter strap is 50cm (19.7") long. Quad wheels tend to be 25" (635mm) so there should be enough overlap, however offroad vehicles tend to run with low tyre pressures so it is likely that the tension strap will compress the tyres. In our opinion you would be better off securing the vehicle with straps applied across the frame.
