Password Card to access iProfile 3.0

Got this for my daughter's college course. She registered the code, created an account and got in, but when she logged out and then tried to log back in a few days later, it wasn't working. It didn't accept her password. She tried to reset her password, but that didn't work either. By the time I found about it, she was extremely frustrated and was about to give up on the class. I looked up the reviews and majority were bad (re not being able to access, etc.). Someone else posted and said she ended up buying another one straight from the publisher. I wasn't having that. So, I troubleshooted for her and when all failed, I went to Wiley's LIVE CHAT. The agent was AWESOME! I told them what happened gave them her info. They weren't able to reset password on the back end but they did give us a new registration code. I walked my daughter threw it and told her to make sure to precisely write down her password and info. She's all good now and will not give up on her class. Whew! #MommySavesTheDay

Access code worked for me! However, the glue got stuck to some of the paper and ripped off part of the code, but it wasn't too hard to figure out. I'm using this for my nutrition class and am liking the layout of it so far

This is my first time writing a review because, honestly, this product has received more negative credit that made me actually weary of purchasing myself. However, I had a nutrition assignment due in two days, when I had two months to start it (opps...). So, as you probably could guess, I was struggling to find the code for this program ASAP.I was very hesitant on buying this, VERY hesitant, because many people received faulty codes. However, I received mine in one day and it worked perfectly. I would suggest if you don't receive a working code, contact the Wiley company itself. Take pictures of the code and proof of purchase and explain to them the situation. I can not guarantee this would work, but hey, if you spent $27 on this and it didn't work trying something is better than doing nothing.In all, this was a lifesaver and I need to start my assignment now so if you really need this like I did, I say just get it and follow the instructions carefully!

Code worked fine. However arrived late on Amazon prime. Other than that product as expected.

It is very helpful, so much more to learn about it. It is user friendly, and helps you pay closer attention to healthy eating

After using the iprofile 3.0 software to try and log my food intake, I have to say that this software is completely unusable and terribly designed. I'm actually upset that my teacher had me pay for this, when there are free options out there which actually work. Specifically, iprofile won't let me create a new food item. It will say that the item name already exists, even though when I search for it, nothing comes up. In addition, when entering an unused name, I still get a 'nullpointerexception' error. A user should NEVER see this type of message.I would not recommend. Use SuperTracker instead. It's free and actually works.
