New Version QuCrow Stainless Steel Whistling Tea Kettle with Heat Proof Handle, Tea Kettles Stovetop, Tea Pot, 2.75 Quart, Red

We are building our forever home and I wanted to get everything new for my kitchen. I saw this tea kettle and loved it. Once it arrived, I found it to be absolutely beautiful. The color is a rich red (not fire engine) and it is very sturdily built. It has a rubber hand grib on the handle which really makes me feel much safer taking the kettle off the stove. I thought the cover for the spout was broken because it didn't whistle the first time I used it. It's not broken. It is secure. You need to take your finger and press it shut once you fill the kettle. After you do this - the whistle can be heard in other parts of the house so I don't forget I have boiling water on the stove. The finish on this is so complete all you need is a damp cloth to clean it.

Very pretty, very nice so far. I hesitate to write rave reviews until I have had and used it for a few months. It whistles, the handle stays cool, and I have no problem with the opening of the spout. So far, so good. So far, it gets 5 stars.

Kettle is a great looking addition to our stove. It's enjoyed by both the adults and kids in the house. Overall very satisfied but disappointed in just one aspect. The handle gets hot. That creates a potentially dangerous situation when you're living boiling water.

Great Kettle, whistles as advertised. Makes the dog bark! Keeps water really hot, and boils fast! Highly recommended. Also holds a lot of water.

This is a nice looking unit. Unfortunately I don’t like this for my everyday tea pot, I took it to the RV for occasional use. I am uncomfortable with the folding handle, it doesn’t lock in place for my liking. The whistle is basically useless, my whole reason for a whistling teapot is to let me know the water is ready, I can’t hear this one unless I’m in the kitchen. Lastly, I don’t like the the way you have to open the whistle to pour, it requires you to use both hands or open it first then pick up the pot to pour. Why risk burning your hand to open the spout?

Very pretty and so far it holds up nicely. Sturdy spout/whistle. I do run to get it off the stove because the whistle is so loud it hurts my ears. It is a very pretty red..sort of like you would see on a motorcycle. It's more rich cherry/dark red than most of the kitchen stuff that I own.

This red kettle looks amazing. The color is very vibrant and it's working great so far. Wife and I are hoping this will last awhile without rusting on the inside like many of the other kettles we've purchased before.

It’s beautiful. It does its job... but after about a month, the “coating” on the pour spout cover bubbled up which leads me to think the teapot won’t last very long. It works... it boils water... but too soon to tell if it will be around for long.
