No, no nozzle. You squeeze a small amount on a toothbrush. I use a ‘survival’ brush - small arrow brush head. - to deliver the gel more precisely.

I used to use this twice a day and really helped my problem. I now only use the gel once a day and it really helps. I floss, use normal Flourid toothpaste then gel. I use a good mouthwash now instead of the gel in the mornings for ongoing good oral health.
