Excellent Customer Support and a Quick Fix

Great Product

Good plug and play
Easy to install, screws did not come with unit. The new unit it was going in had supplied the screws. Unit booted up and was operating in 10 minutes.

Hard Drive and Installation of Hiseeu Security System
Our old security camera system failed, the Hiseeu customer support team was incredibly helpful. Since our system is hardwired with BNC and power cables, they had to recommend compatible NVR and Hard Drive in order to replace the old system seamlessly. The hard drive was easy to install, the cables and connectors are very easy to be recognized. Also, there is no need for initialization and formatting, plug and play. Now my system is fully operational again. Big “thank you” to their team. Highly recommend.
