Drool Pad & Bib for Baby Carrier, Natural

My daughter would always suck on the baby carrier and she spit up a lot, so the top got pretty gross. This was a lifesaver and kept my carrier in better condition. It’s easy to take on and off

I'm really happy with this teething pad. I bought it when my daughter was 2 months old when she started sucking on my ergo 360. This provides a nice clean surface for her to bite and suck on & it is easily washable. I chose this over the typical two piece teething pads because it also covers the front of the carrier, since she likes to bite on that side of the carrier when I turn her around, which I first started trying when she was 3 months. I love that it fits the ergo 360 perfectly, and it stays in good shape even after it comes out of the washing machine/dryer.

Worked great to protect the straps and front/top edge of our ergo 360 with a teething baby. I really appreciate that I can just take this off and wash it versus having to wash the whole carrier.

This product does work well for teething, but it was soaked by the time we were down with a 15 minute walk. I guess my guy drools a lot, but I was hoping for it to be a little more absorbent. It did prevent the carrier from getting too wet, so it technically did the job it was intended for.

Pad fits perfectly on ErgoBaby and arrived new. I was concerned about the black specks as potential mold but the manufacturer stated they are part of the cotton seed. 4 stars only because it is quite pricey and thin. I use my ErgoBaby every day so I think it is a worthy investment, especially if your baby spits up daily! From the manufacturer: "The black specks are a part of our natural colored accessories, including the infant insert and teething pads. This is a normal occurrence with natural cotton fibers. The black specs are part of the hull of the cotton seed that are crushed and weaved in with the cotton during production."

This is a must if you have the ergobaby and wear your baby forward facing! My little guy is teething pretty bad and loves to knaw on anything in sight. As a result the front panel of the ergobaby would get soaked in spit and I would have to wash the whole thing. With this genius little piece of fabric, he can suckle away and I just remove it and wash it with his clothes. My only wish would be to have cuter designs, but I guess someone on Etsy might make that!!

So I’ve got a baby that has recently become a crazy drooler. She was chewing on our carrier non stop making it wet and leaving these lovely white stains behind over time. I almost didn’t buy this because I wanted something that was a cuter pattern, but then realized that: 1. The other versions are usually separate bibs and pads for the base and straps, so the corners (which are prime chewing locations) aren’t quite protected 2. The “cute” ones that I liked ended up being way more expensive than this one (I was looking on Etsy, not the cheaper Amazon ones) 3. Buying the type actually made for the carrier is probably the best way to go both for functionality and safety. So ultimately this is perfect! I would highly recommend the product, and am just crossing my fingers that maybe ergo will make some cuter colors and patterns in the future.

Just bought an another one today given little one is teething a lot. The material is cotton and much better than baby teething on the carrier given carrier has synthetic material ( plastic)

Ich habe den Schutz für die passende Trage gekauft, da mein Kind die Seiten in den Mund nimmt und fleißig sabbert. Der Schutz bietet die Möglichkeit zur Befestigung an den oberen vorderen Knöpfen und wird an den Seiten mit Druckknöpfen befestigt. Das anbringen war innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden erfolgt. Meines Erachtens klappt es nur, wenn die oberen Knöpfe an der Trage nicht von dem Polster genutzt werden. Sonst verhindert das Polster die optimale Befestigung. Es bietet den perfekten Schutz, damit die Trage nicht direkt angesabbert wird. Nach dem Gebrauch konnten wir kein durchnässen der Trage feststellen, da der Stoff doppellagig vernäht wurde. Für mich war der Kauf eine gute Investition um die Trage länger nutzen zu können.
