Headcovers Unlimited Slip-On Scarf - Cancer Headwear for Women (Grey Heather)

This is one comfortable & cute head scarf. Cooler in warm weather than some others which I appreciate. Material is on the thin side but nice quality.

I got these for my friend going through chemotherapy treatment because she lost her hair and her scalp has been very tender. She needed something light, soft, and breathable to wear that wouldn't irritate her head and would allow her to feel more comfortable going out without her hair. We love that these are made in the USA and they are soft, stretchy, and go on easily. The cinched back adds a little extra flair so it looks nice and has more style than a basic beanie or cap. We have ordered three different colors in the same style and the fabric is soft on her tender head and the material washes well. They have all been washed multiple times (by hand and in a mesh delicates bag in the washing machine) and come out looking as good as new after we lay flat to dry.

I have a very small head and am so relieved to find that this product fits my head very well without sliding down or slipping off! And the color selection is such that I can find colors to go with every outfit. Another plus is the price! Compared to other suppliers, these headcovers are very reasonably priced! From what I understand, this company is dedicated to helping women better cope with hair loss due to chemotherapy or, in my case, brain surgery, and I SO LIKE their mission! The Bible says that a woman’s hair is her crowning glory and it’s so nice for a company to devote itself to helping women recoup their dignity after having lost that crowning glory. This head cover is nicely made, looks good, is easy to put on, and is comfortable...but it doesn't stay securely on my head. My head is on the bigger side, but isn't freakishly large or anything, especially now that I have very little hair left; however, the head cover constantly starts to slip off towards the back of my head and I have to readjust it over the front of my head and ears. It's very annoying. I'll keep this as a backup, but there are other covers that suit me better. It has a lot of positive points, tho, and might work for someone with a smaller head. Good luck.

As someone who’s been through several rounds of chemo, I’ve tried many turbans, and these are by far the most comfortable. Soft and without seams, plus the light stretch and elastic keep it in place. I also like that it’s pre-tied and long enough to add character. I’ve purchased in several colors and will be adding more. I wear wigs when going out but wouldn’t have a problem with being seen in one of these (plus can’t wait to take off my wig to put one of these on the minute I get home). Highly recommend!

My mom has cancer and after she shaved her head, she said this was very nice to wear, similar to a soft t-shirt but softer. Definitely purchasing another

This slip on scarf is too big. I'm not sure I will be able to use it. It doesn't look like it does in the picture. The back part isn't as long as pictured. Color is exact.

I used the ones I bought and passed them to a friend also undergoing chemo. Beautiful.

I know that this scarf was created for women dealing with hair loss, but I actually bought it for my upcoming trip to Egypt, where my husband's family lives. I have a hard time dealing with the headscarves frequently worn there and hate having anything wrapped around my jawline. I chose this because of how easy it is to put on and so I can have a better alternative in situations where I feel like I need to cover my hair. The material is very soft and breathable and the fit is good for my average sized head. The pretty flourish at the back is a nice, feminine touch. I anticipate getting a lot of use out of this and am very satisfied with the product and delivery, which was very fast.

I have been having cancer treatment since 1992 and have until this latest round of chemotherapy managed to keep my hair with the use of the cold cap. Unfortunately, although not losing all my hair, this time it is very fine and thin. I thought I would purchase a few scarves to project my head in the very hot weather we are having. I purchased three scarves in total from different manufactures and am pleased with all three but I must say this purchase is far superior in quality and fit. If I purchase more I will definitely buy from this company and no other.

Very disappointed , received a grey scarf and clearly ordered a red/ dark pink. My hands were tied had to keep the scarf as a very close relative was going into hospital for intensive cancer treatment and needed a new scarf. I had to select a star as not able to submit this message.
