Spray atleast 5 times and rinse in mouth for 1 minute then spit it out, do not swallow as it will come back as alcohol, works 100% aslong spray atleast 5 times and rinse mouth.

Worked for me and other methods
Basically the medicated mouth wash starts with C then brushed my teeth all over plus gums smoked a couple cigs menthol sucked on 2p coins and repeat until tested method worked smoked all week and the night before didn’t smoke for around 17hrs

Don’t know if this actually works, but it tastes terrible! Instantly made me heave! I think it would taste better to swill your mouth out with urine! Surely there is something you can add to make the taste a little better
