Lots of times it comes back in stock. If they aren't planning on stocking again they will put in out of stock, we don't know when or if this product will be available. I would guess this will be restocked. It is a popular item for artists.

Can you use(gamblin gamsol oil colorclear) as primer over printed canvas before adding oil paint to the printed canvas?

I don't think it would cause any issues. I used gasoline and oil paint to do my underpainting...it seems like it would do the same thing.
