Gentle but good strength
Came very quickly. Very gentle on the stomach, especially as it is higher strength than some other products and tastes better (best in orange juice or squash) than most iron products.

Dissolves easily. Would advise to take after food as made me nauseous if taken on an empty stomach

Great for boosting b vitamins
I have been taking feroglobin for a couple of years. It’s great for boosting b vitamins and preventing tiredness. Did not help with iron deficiency, though. I take half a tablet a day as they are quite strong

Best Iron supplement
I had been struggling with the iron I got prescribed to me from the doctors, until I discovered this. It doesn’t cause the horrible bowel side effects you get with Ferrous fumarate. I’ve used the capsules too and they are also good. The liquid one tastes a bit funky though so avoid that if you’re adverse to weird tastes.

It made me feel sick. I’ll try drinking it after eating next time to see if it makes a difference but that will be on a day when I don’t have work or training.

Ideal as a 'health drink'
As a blood donor during Covid-19 lockdown I was embargoed from giving due to low haemoglobin (i.e. iron uptake) for the first time in 20 years. So I started Iron capsules (same company I think) and the companion Vitamin C to help with uptake. This dissolving 'all in' tablet with an orange taste to have with my main meal (once or twice a week) is vastly superior for convenience and worth the extra expense for me as a occasional taker.I'll try to buy in bulk the next time.
