I purchased this because I read about some of the benefits of whey in its nondenatured form, and this seemed as close as I could get.I had read that this kind of whey has immunoglobulins and other remarkable nutritional factors that support the body's creation of glutathione, which is apparently not absorbable by itself, but the body needs factors to create it. Glutathione is a kind of master peptide, and it diminishes with aging and is very low in people who are ill, so consuming things that raise it is beneficial to overall health.I have only just started on it, so can't attest to the health benefits, and I generally feel pretty good (but have now dormant CFS which I wish to keep that way!), but for sure I can say it is lovely delicate flavored, easily blends, and you don't even need a blender to dissolve it. In fact according to what I've read, it should be treated carefully and not blended too violently, but gently stirred, as some of nutritional factors in it are delicate.There are 15 grams of protein per scoop and minimal carbs. It keeps the blood sugar stable but is not terribly filling so it would be good to add an oil or flax to your smoothie if you are taking it in the a.m.Of course this is a pricey product, but if it actually does what I'm hoping it will, and actually has active factors it seems to, then it would be well worth the price.

A little expensive, but I use 1 scoop daily and it lasts 4 to 6 weeks. This is the second time I have bought this item. You need to blend it well, or it can be a little lumpy. I mix it usually in Ensure to add a little more protein. Do to an illness this year I was not getting sufficient protein with meals, but this helps boost my protein. Pleased with this product and plan to buy again when I get low.

I don't use protein powder or have any kind of special diet. My reasons for taking this was to replenish some nutrients after ceasing to take a medication (bupropion) that may deplete glutathione and nutrients. My laypersons research told me that pill-form glutathione and amino acids aren't useful, and whey is the best option for getting certain amino acids.I've only taken this a handful of times. So far I can tell that at least it's not offensive (not yummy either)-- it has a powdered-milk taste and smell but more mild. I mix it with water, it's also not harsh on my stomach and oddly seems to satiate my appetite.If I were supplementing for athletic reasons, or trying to diet, or living in a place with poor food options, this is the powder I'd use. It clearly has a high nutritional value. The ingredients are processed with integrity so that the beneficial amino acids and protein will reach the body.There have already been a number of reviews on exercise and fitness use of this, but I have one other use to add.I have been in a travel situation in the past where the food options were very poor. I tend to be on the skinny side, even more so then as I was young. I remember some similar, natural whey powder that my sister sent me with. I started using it after a month in the poor-food situation, and my entire body felt much better almost instantly. I can't remember what brand that powder was, but I use the anecdote just to point out that a high-quality whey powder like this one is a great option for people who don't otherwise have great nutrition options. I haven't put this specific powder to that specific test, though. But it seems like a very high-quality whey powder from the ingredients and process method and how easily it seems to be on the stomach.So far so good. It's probably too early for me to notice any health effects.

It didn’t mix well in food when it came to taste. You could taste, and smell a warmed up milk flavor that wasn’t pleasant. Ehh.I loved this protein for smoothies in the blender only. I add frozen fruit, 2.oz of whatever liquid I’m using, and blend. It turns nice & thick, and I eat with a spoon like smoothie sorbet. It cures my sweet tooth.I would definitely buy again, but it’s just really pricey in my opinion. I will have to keep my eye out for another protein because I will switch when I find one. $45-&75 is a little too much. So, because of 2 cons and 1 positive, it’s 3 star from me.

Very good taste and clean protein!

Love this protein powder! Almost no sugar and the taste is very neutral, so it will taste like whatever you mix it with. I add two servings of the protein powder to 12 oz of unsweetened Califa Farms almond milk and then add a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of vanilla powder to create my own mild sweetness. I have a ton of energy after drinking this, and since I've started drinking immediately after a workout, I have been able to increase the intensity of my workouts and the amount of weights I'm able to use. I look forward to my protein shakes every day. I just shake in a blender bottle. The one time I put it in the blender too long, the fruit smoothie I was making turned to the consistently of marshmallow cream.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there is only 15 grams of protein per scoop. But otherwise I like it a lot.
