Very good product. Does exactly what it is supposed to! Make digesition easy, bloating reduced. My gut health has improved from where It was, I dint experience any side effects. Might feel bit odd in the beginning days. However, within a week your stomach will adjust. Now I only take 3 days a week.

This works well with my gym schedule because it doesn't require much planning. I just keep the bottle where I can see it.
