Setting up WiFi connection to the AC can be tricky
Great air conditioner. Quiet and efficient. Setting up the WiFi to connect to the ac was a pain. The owners manual doesn’t cover how to pair the ac with voice control (Alexa). I had to download TLC home app. And it’s not picked up as an air conditioner, it’s recognized by TLC home app as a “thermostat” again surprise - surprise. Then in the Alexa app you have to enable the “TLC assistant” skill. Alexa will then recognize the AC as a “thermostat “ as well. An hour and a half later everything is working correctly and Alexa can control the ac.

Don’t bother.
This thing is very loud. The eco mode sucks, it will shut off for 3 seconds and kick right back on and every time it starts up it sounds like a garbage truck is in the room with you.

A/C unit’s quality
Ordered two of these air conditioners however one works very good blows cold air, but one is only blowing room temperature air. Can anything be done to rectify the low quality service for the unit I pointed out in my video?
