Great quality but inaccurate pictures
Overall quality of the bag turned out to be pretty good, actually, but the flap is narrower than in the picture, and the handle strap is shorter than in the picture. I would have used it if it were slightly larger, as it does not fit my 14-inch laptop. Oh, and the charm was also missing.

Very expensive looking
This Satchel is so nice and looks expensive. Plenty of room for laptop and other items taking to work when in the office. I love this bag and highly recommend it.

Beautiful bag, well worth the price!
Honestly, this bag is exactly as pictured. It's maybe a bit stiffer than actual leather but it was carefully packaged, no flaws, seams sealed beautifully, inside also well made... truly a beautiful bag, especially considering this style easily goes for much much more (including how easy and fast it shipped)! I could definitely fit my 13" laptop in there as well, and it came with an additional long strap for crossbody wear. Highly recommend this bag, it's such a steal!! Sadly, I am returning it mainly because it's a bit more polished than what I'm going for and I'd just gotten another bag...I wish I could give it to someone because it's so hard to let go!!
