Earphone Is Not Working And Availing warranty is worst part ... How do can someone help

In early month this earphone problem started.Loose connection, automatically increase volume, playing music randomly, wire miss connection.I called Amazon and plextone through email both they are not getting solved this issue..Total waste of money..1 year warranty only for marketing actually not givingAmazon also trying to fool us don't buy any type of productIf the sale product in warranty like somethingThey should have to give warranty

I prefer not to wear a huge gaming headset and have been looking for something like this for awhile now. My first set arrived without the mic connection. I had to change out the soft parts of the earbuds to make them comfy but they came with plenty of options of sizes and materials. I have worn for hours and haven't had any discomfort. The foam are the most comfortable. Sound quality is excellent and mic is recording to my stream just fine. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is the best gaming earphone in the market right now with crystal clear sound with good amount of bass. Solid Metal Body with Metal Mic housing. Magnetic back with great attration power and L Shape Connector makes is durable and Still these are very light weight and comfortable in my ears. Sound isolation is ok not mach to complaint about. The sound is pretty loud on full volume. By tunning we can make this earphone bass heavy. Cable is also good quality. Dont go for heavy and bulky model these are perfect.

Well just recieved these today bought this to play PUBG mobile and to be honest guyz not good the trebele in these cause too much weapon noice while fireing and one cannot play for long time like not even one match with these all due to trebel problem .. beside gaming i tried listing to music again same problem the trebel.. and Talking about mic its fairly good tho noice cancelation dont work peoperly i recorded my voice and was able to hear my surrounding noice...TO CONCLUDE GUYZ : Not the earphones to buy for gaming especially PUBG MOBILE .HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS YOU ALL

Product got damaged after using 2 months. Quality of product didn't seem convincing, low quality material used. In 2 months loose connectivity (wires intact, internally damaged) on right speaker has made the product worthless and of no use. NEVER get fooled by the keyword "gaming earphone" and buy these cheap quality chinese products. Known brand's regular earphones works just fine for gaming purpose, atleast better than this Chinese trash.

I never heard of Plextone Until my friend told he about it and convinced me to buy it and now I am so glad he did!! :)1. The build quality is very good at this Price point. The sliding volume feature was something bew for me and I really loved it.2. The sound quality is also very good. It has good surround sound but it doesnt have much deep voice and its hurts ear after using for hour. Not good for listening music. But nice for gaming purpose...
