Hi Maggie! To be honest, I devoured mine rather quickly. I will try to find out more info for you, but frankly, I wasn't concerned about the sugar content (even though I should have been) because they are absolutely delicious! I mean sinfully divine!

Does it contain palm oil?

Just checked the ingredients label, and there is no palm oil.

where were they made?

Don't buy. We disposed of the whole box. It looked like the ones we had in the airplane. But it's totally different and awful.

Is there an expiration or use by date on the package? Looking to buy now but give as gift at Christmas.

I don't remember there being an expiration date, but they should last until then. My grocery store sells them and their expiration dates are a year later.
