Great for someone who doesn’t want it too spicy
The medium has been perfect for my family. My wife loved the hot flavor but it’s a tad too spicy for her. The medium is the perfect heat level and goes well on so many things. If you haven’t tried it on shrimp or eggs yet, then you’re missing out.
