TRUGLOTru-Bead Fiber Optic Front Sight Universal Fits Shotgun with Vent Rib, Dual Color, Interchangeable Color

I purchased this for my Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon 1 because I've found fiber optic sights to far more effective with my aging eyes. It's not overly large, but still captures light very well, making it extremely easy to see not only in daytime but also at night during (illuminated) night trap competitions. Installation was easy, and unlike some other reviewers, I haven't had any problem with the light pipe falling out in the three years it's been on. Lucky, maybe? I don't know, but I'm very happy with mine and will order a second one for my Benelli Supernova since the factory light pipe is losing its luster. Hopefully, I won't have any problems with the second one, either.

I bought one of these for my Beretta 694 Sporting. I had a Beretta sight, but I couldn't get it to line up correctly given that the sight and screw are all one piece. I like that the screw is separate from the sight for this this. The bead is also nice and bright. I've been crushing clays like never before!People have complained about having the rib piece fall off, so I used some Gorilla glue to keep it in place, and I used some blue Locktite on the screw (other people have complained about having the screw loosen), and I have had no problems after running about 500 rounds through my gun since putting this sight on. It's a keeper!

TruGlo TG949D Dual-color TruBead sightThis sight contains several small clips for various sizes of vent ribs on shotguns. The HiViz sights are normally the most popular, but they can rotate around on the vent rib without strong adhesive or a blind pin. These clips help keep the sight in place, which I felt is a very nice design feature.The fiber optic bead is a fluorescent yellow tube with a red tube on the inside, and is extremely bright. The bead is not changeable. There are several screws included, and the TG949D was a perfect replacement for the Benelli M2 factory bead.After a few days of using it, the fiber tube simply fell out of the sight assembly. There's no retention system for the tube!Overall: 1/5 stars, the rear clip is an excellent design feature. I'd still put a dab of adhesive to ensure it doesn't move around, but the fiber tube will also fall out very easily.

Great sight, easy to see in low light. Only problem I have with it is after I shot my gun twice the fiber optic sight fell out. I was able to find and superglue but was not impressed that I had to tamper with a brand new sight

I put this on my Mossberg 500 410 shotgun with a 24 inch (Ribbed) barrel. I love this little gun and so does my wife (easy on her shoulder unlike my 12 gauge guns). I myself like to use this .410 to coon hunt at night which is why you see a weapons light attached to the tube, and to squirrel/rabbit hunt during the daytime.This gem of a sight was simple to setup and a value as it includes 4 additional light pipes in the package. This sight is great for sporting clays since the width is not so large that it obscures your sight picture, but large enough to allow for quick target acquisition...Unlike many other similar products this one is ALL METAL for the housing part/screws/base.

It’s bright. Doesn’t really assemble or stay put on my Affinity though. Clips are too small or too large. Also can’t figure out how they attach. They have a screw hole but the picture shows them opposite the muzzle end. Guess the instructions could be better. Seems my only option to keep it from spinning is to use some blue loctite. It’s a shame really.

Easy AF to acquire sight picture on.

I put this on my shotgun for a better sight picture and it works very well. It comes with several different colors of fiber to work with and three small screws and hardware to make it a clean look. Just heat up the old bead to break the loctite on and carefully turn it off so you don't damage your vent rib, them replace it with the your new one. Replace the loctite and the screw and your off and running. I like the differ colored fiber options and they're easy to replace.
