Solid chair, great customer support
At 6'3" and 245 lbs., I was looking for a "big and tall" chair. I have purchased several such office chairs and found them weak and small. The last one literally broke in half after 4 months of use due to the plastic parts, not to mention the thin seat cushion which made it very uncomfortable. It's been weeks since I first contacted customer support and they keep telling me to "be patient". Having spent hundreds of dollars on another chair I literally can't use, I'm out of patience, so I decided to try a gaming chair. This chair's frame is metal, the reclining mechanism for the back is like what you have in your car and the cushions are thick and comfortable. Between the adjustable back angle, which goes very far back, and the seat angle, I can recline extremely far back, yet feel secure. The back is tall and the pillow is very comfortable. I have already slept in the chair for an hour or two and felt fine when I woke up. It is tall. At the lowest setting my feet are just on the floor. If you're not tall, don't buy it unless you want your feet floating. My chair arrived with the carton intact. Assembly with an electric drill driver took only 15-20 minutes. The hardware was all pre-inserted into the parts, so it was very simple to know what went where. One problem though, the right arm's vertical adjustment wouldn't lock. I contacted customer service, they immediately replied and ordered me a replacement. It took a bit for it to ship from China, but they gave me a tracking number. It arrived today and now my chair is perfect! I also think it looks much better in person than in the photos. Overall, very satisfied with the quality, comfort and customer service. For this price, this chair is hard to beat.

Fantastic Chair!
Absolutely Love this chair! You can compare it to other office or gaming chairs as much as you want but in my opinion this is the best quality and comfort I think I've ever seen in a chair of this style; and its price isn't nearly as high as other brands or "luxury" brands. First off The quality is awesome. I personally wanted the black with red stitching over the colors and the comfort and quality of the chair continue to amaze me now 2 months in; 2 months of everyday use, might I add. I expected it not to be too difficult putting together; but even I was blown away by how incredibly easy that was. I think it took me around 30-40 minutes? The hardest part I think was just getting the backing with the reclining plates on as I've never had a reclining chair before; but as I said not too difficult, the chair is not hard to build. But it is heavy; and I like the fact that its heavy because it is GOOD Quality. Mine went together without a hitch and still so far no issues at all. The seat is wide and thick so it is very very comfortable for hours on end of whatever your working on, games, work, or even sleeping. The chair does recline and I found myself getting sleepy in it one night; I've had a few back injuries in the past and even then the chair does such a great job supporting your back I think I almost feel better than I did with this chair than any in the past. If you want an awesome gaming, office, desk, whatever chair this one and Killabee as a brand would be my pick. Killabee is my brand of choice as well from now on for chairs.

Good!
Assembly took 30-45min. I recommend watching the youtube assembly video by the Killabee, rather than following the enclosed manual. During assembly, I also recommend using a power drill with the appropriate sized allen-tip and a #2 phillips instead of the provided allen-phillips combo tool - assembly will go much faster and will save your wrist. All parts were well fabricated and assembled with ease. Comfort: As a 6'-tall 250# man, I find the chair very comfortable! Cons: (Just being picky) The lift is a bit sticky. When adjusting the height, a bit of force is required to twist the lever to reach at the desired height. In addition, when sitting - I feel an initial 1/2" drip from the lift - making a slight 'thud' effect - and gradually lifting to the adjusted height. The simulated leather leaves the thighs bit sweaty and sticky during the summer months. My previous two chairs were covered with heavy cloth wool-like fabric which did not present this effect. A towel or old pillow case solved my problem. I recommend! ***UPDATE*** After two weeks of use I noticed a loud squeak as i 'rocked' the chair. The adjustment mechanism came loose from (1) the initial use or (2) I just did not tighten enough during installation. Solution: I dismantled that hinge adjustment and retightened (10-min).

Best Chair ALSO for older adults
The box was pretty beat up with a couple of tears but the chair was OK. I purchased the chair for my wife because it is high enough to get out of easily and simple to use. It is much better than a lift chair, is much more comfortable and also looks great. I did replace the casters with standard bell glides to keep it more stable for her. My wife is 65 and I am 70 so chair seat height and easy to use are very important. A Great chair.

Didnt last a full year, Responsive Warranty through Amazon rep
Definitely not big and tall sturdy... BUT doing a warranty claim for replacement parts through amazon was successful so they DO stand by their product, with persuasion from amazon. The product itself is an OK stopgap to a Herman Miller Embody chair IMHO.

GET THIS CHAIR
Perfection, very comfortable for my gamer husband who is 260 lbs, this has enough cushion and hasnโt worn like the other chair we had. The only thing he would change is that the arms donโt โlockโ to stay in place so they move back and forth. However, for the price and quality we would buy again in a heartbeat!

Okay not great
I usually give things I four or five stars or I don't review, but for high price I think I should speak up. I've assembled a lot of office chairs and furniture over the years and this was was a pain. Things were hard to line up and fit together. The chair assembled sits high compared to the other office chairs I have and I went back and made sure everything is assembled as described. Design wise the levers for adjusting height and locking back are very far under the chair making them hard to access not like other office chairs. The arms they call a feature that they move forward and back and change angles, I would only call it a feature if they stayed in position once set, but they move around all the time. The chair in general especially being new seems a bit loose too much play. Then design the pivot point for the base tilt is way different that the many chair I have had. On the positive the height of the back is nice, but the pillow they give you is pretty much required to use or your head would be tilting back all the time. Now to see how long this chair lasts, I typically get four to five years out of a office chair and for the higher than other price I how I get that much out of this chair.

Great comfortable chair for us bigger dudes
I'm about 6ft1, 290lbs so my office/gaming chairs would wear out and breakdown quick. I found this and debated whether to pony up the money for it or not. I decided to do it and honestly I wish I had done it sooner. Super comfortable, very supportive. I can't comment on the assembly as my wife did it for me while I was at work, but she said it was pretty straight forward.
