Q: i want know can used on aluminium and fiberglass or just steel

Mostafa, here is the link to the A311FNFE (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004GVJOCE) which will work on both steel and aluminum. However, neither of these products will work on fiberglass.

Faruk, if you need the gage to read in microns then you would have to purchase the "Metric" version. Elcometer offers both options. The 311 you see here is a mil gage only.

The reading on this gauge is the thickness of the coating between the gauge tip and the steel underneath. The number is the thickness in mils. This model will read any thickness between 0-20mils.
