I ordered a bracelet for my mother in law as a Christmas gift. Seven birthstones representing all the grandchildren. I was very nervous about how it would turn out, and have quite a picky MIL! I was soooo thrilled when it arrived. It got here quick, but was very beautifully made!! I couldn’t wait for my MIL to open it. Needless to say, she was overjoyed with how pretty it was! Happy MIL, happy life lol! The sizing was a bit bigger than I could have guessed but not by Melissa’s fault, I chose a large measurement and should have went smaller. When I reached out to her about it, she was happy to fully replace the one we had with a new one sized to fit. No extra charge or hassle! I am so happy with our purchase not only for the quality but also the great service and special care Melissa has taken to be sure we got exactly what we needed. This was a great present for my mom! I had 3 bracelets made. One for her children, one for grandchildren and one for great-grandchildren. I was so happy with how they turned out.
