Worth the money.
Good little stand. No instructions but not needed for how easy to put together it is. It’s lightweight but easily strong enough for any guitar. Saying that it’s easy to knock over if you’re not careful but so is a guitar that’s not on a stand. I would recommend this item.

Useful for awkwardly shaped guitars
Review on behalf of my son. Stand is easily assembled, the floating bottom part can make it look less sturdy but it holds very pointed or awkward shaped guitars well, keeps them off of the floor!

Better than other brands but could be improved!
I gave this product 4 stars because it is better than other stands I inspected however there is plenty of room for improvements by a manufacturer. 1 – Damaged foam arms. The first stand I got had one of its arms damaged (as per photo). Amazon kindly sent my another product within 24 hrs and I detected the same damage (just smaller) so I kept the second product. This is simply down to packaging. The parts are “squeezed” into a narrow tall box and the foam arms simply get damaged because the other metal parts are pressed against them. A damage easy to avoid by the manufacturer by wrapping the arms into some protective material! 2 – Sharp metal folding point on the arms. The folding point of the arms (in the middle) (as per photo) is really some sort of unpolished metal painted in black which can easily scratch the guitar wood. Yes, you are supposed to place the guitar on the arms carefully but if you are not super precise, you can accidently scratch the wood! 3 – Swinging arms. The arms are not fixed by any mechanism into a steady horizontal position. They turn both ways by 45 degrees (as per two uploaded pics). This is down to the way you need to affix the arm to the vertical stand - via a hole which is quite big and does not keep the arms fixed in a horizontal position. I provided two further photos to illustrate: of the hole itself and then the part of the arm mechanism that goes via this hole –> this part has an additional metallic strap on it but while it blocks the arms from falling back via this hole– it does not prevent it from moving sideways by 45 degrees. I inspected other stands of this type – it seems they all have a similar problem. It would be good for manufacturers to address this. You can probably fix it yourself if you put some sort of tape or sticky material around the hole after the arms part is added to make sure that the arms stay firmly in the horizontal position and do not swing sideways. But come on, this should be addressed by the manufacturer and not us dabbling with this stand.

Excellent Value Guitar Stand — Tough, Portable, and Protective
I’m thrilled with the RockJam guitar stand — it’s become an essential part of my setup, whether at home, in the studio, or on the road. 👍 What I Loved: Solid and durable build: Made from steel, this stand feels robust without being overly heavy. It handles daily knocks and bumps with ease Secure and gentle support: Neoprene or foam padding on the arms and neck cradle my guitars (electric, acoustic, and bass) without scratching the finish. Stable feet with grip: Rubberised feet keep the stand firmly in place on any floor, and prevent slip or floor damage. Ultra-portable & foldable: Folds flat in seconds—great for transporting or storing in tight spaces. At under 1 kg, it’s easy to carry to gigs or rehearsals. Universal compatibility: Adapts easily to all guitar types—electric, acoustic, bass—and even supports larger ukuleles or banjos with ease. 🌟 What Surprised Me: Though affordable, it doesn’t feel budget-grade. It's held up remarkably well over time and retains its shape and stability.

Nice enough...but has a flaw!
Hmm, i mean it does what it claims it does, but could be better. I'm probably happy with most of the stand bar the bottom bracket which cups the guitar. I dont really understand why its folding (makes bugger difference when you collapse the rest of it as still small enough when extended), but this folding part of it is a weak link and it prob folds more then it should due to the cheap material used, alongside how that part just slides into the main body as it litterely has no clamp once in so can easily be pulled in/out? I got mine via the warehouse so was cheaper then full rrp, but i dont think thats the reason for this flaw. Its fine when guitar is in place and actually looks very nice displayed...but that section is the weak link here. Rest of seems decent enough. You can tell its not of a gigging robust quality, but for light use at home should be fine.

Excellent stand both my acoustic guitar and the electric one fit on this sturdy stand. I'll buy another one for the second guitar.

Does what it’s supposed to
It can feel a tad wobbly but it’s great for its intended use for the price.
