Are these actually black? They look navy blue in some of the pictures

What happens if you’re using the ladle? Do the other utensils still stand up, or do they need the ladle to stay upright?

The stand is free standing and the utensils are all individually magnetized so you could remove the ladle and the rest would still hang. It's first class and saves a lot of space. J.
