Break in sound both while speaking or listening because of more sensitivity I feel.

1. Very low calling sound, tried three mobiles including iphone6s.2. Among two connected, one get disconnected when standby.3. Battery shows 70%, 60% then later get switch off. Cannot even show 40% , 30% etc.4. No line cut tone when cut the call by headset. (hear cut tone when cut line on mobile only)5. Not fit for ears, buds are not comfort to stay inside of ears6. disconnect connection with iphone and headset try to install or activate some operation in phone. Very disturbing.

I purchase almost two years ago I satisfied with previous order butToday product embarrassed me low quality range and connectivity problem in redmi 6 pro...

I have brought this product for my Gym workout, I felt the reviews were correct but am not sure if they all have purchased and used!!first the Bluetooth has no ON/OFF button, you have to take a wild guess between the buttons!you cant pause or hold any song as no option available.biggest pain is the earbud keeps falling every second!! which means you just cant concentrate on your workout, instead your job will be fixing earbud every time!!forgot about weights, even you cant use for your Cardio!! as the moment you look around the earbud will fall!!, its not good at allmore over they claim as sweatproof but the charging port is just facing your chin! how is it possible it wont spoiled, because sweat can very well drop, ideally the charging port could have downside of the panel.the neck band also lack of quality. its just not good at all. the funnest part is that, NO REFUND available its only REPLACEMENT, which means the product you buy it becomes liability for you without refund, not sure why Amazon agree for such products!! or should high light that,its only Replacement No Refund..

After use of 10 months. It stop working. On and off switch is not working. After charging also it is not working. What to do. It is in guarantee period of one year.

Uncomfortable neckband. Battery life is bad. At 30 percent it's says low battery and within 2mins it shuts down with an irritating voice calling out low battery every 10 seconds.

It's a good product with a descent sound quality. But the left and right channels are swapped. I don't expect how that went through quality control.
