do you need to grease the bearings or are they pre greased?

They are pre greased but dot buy them. I had one go bad after 3 months and by the time I paid the return shipping for the bad bearing for Detroit axle to analyze why it went bad I could halve just bought another bearing. My advice is to buy the bearings from the local parts store pay the extra price and have peace of mind if the bearings go out under warranty you can just take it back and get another.

Is this 2 hub assembly's or one? is abs wire included because i may order today?

It's 2 assemblies, and abs wires are included.

What’s the torque specs

You can find the torque specs by looking them up on-line. If you haven't bought them yet don't they have a terrible warranty as by the time you pay return shipping on a bad part you could have purchased one at your local auto parts store and no hassle of re-boxing and return mailing. I had one that lasted one month this how I know what I just wrote.
