This orthotics are good but don’t last very long. I had mine for a few months before they started losing fabric and the sticky bit on the bottom to hold them in place.

I have flat feet and have always worn custom orthotics in my street shoes. I wanted to try a softer set of inserts that didn’t squeak in my shoes and still left room for my forefoot. I saw these and gave them a try. I have the full length version of this in my running shoes so I was already familiar with these.I’ve been wearing them for a week or so now and am very pleased with how comfortable they are. They stay in place and don’t slide forward in my shoes. There is ample support and flexibility so that it moves and flexes as you walk but without compromising its intended purpose. I wish I had purchased these sooner. They fit great in my Doc Martins.They are true to size and required no trimming.I got the size 11-11.5 and I normally wear a size 11.5 D. They fit great.
