does any one know where i can get the oil?

Well it is not an oil. It is a perfume and also available as a cologne. I believe the physical store we order from is in San Francisco.

What year was this batch of perfume made?

I have ordered this perfume and have been wearing it for over 49 years. It seems really old and has hardly any smell and is slightly green so I know it’s been around forever. One time the bottle arrived empty. It’s very sad but I live the smell when it is fresh!

Well I see nothing to stop them from using it. However it is a women's perfume / cologne. I bought it as a gift for my wife. She has used this product for over 30 years. Be aware that it can be hard to find. This is why we have relied upon Amazon. Hope that answers your question.
