how much of a decrease do you see in your electric bill?

I have little things plugged in...lights, DVD player. The biggest thing I have hooked up is my TV. I haven't seen much of a decrease in my bills but with the app I have control of when to turn them on and off so no power is getting to them even when they are in sleep mode.
