How often do you use this cleanser, since it contains acid and I am a bit worried about it?

I use this cleanser 2-3 times a week usually. If I use it too often my skin will get a bit dry.

How easily does this rinse? I have very soft water and found another Neutrogena cleanser impossible to rinse off?

It's sad to say, but this Neutrogena Product is the same way, However it does remove the excess skin oil and does clear up skin blemishes after you use it for a few days. I've found that reducing the amount I use at one time reduces that oily feeling a little. That's called a Silky Feeling, but to me it still feels oily.
