Is this sweet also could you compare the inside to taste more like Nutella thanks

Mochi is filled with red bean paste, not hazelnut, so it does not taste like Nutella. If you were looking for something similar, this is not it. I actually find Nutella too sweet, which is why I prefer things like mochi. Mochi is sweet, but not as sweet as American desserts.

In your belly. Seriously though, store it in the original package in the fridge

Would a bag of glutinous rice flour at 16oz make as many mochi cakes as in this package?

A 16oz bag would make more, these are small about the size of an Oreo cookie.
