Fun for any 4th of July Party! Seems durable, did fit anyone who slipped in. Looks great!

Three stars for the quality, 5 for the look! I bought and wore this to the winter Olympics in Italy. It was a big hit! The look of the cape is great. The colors are good and it looks awesome. The arm holes is where the issue is. The sewing isn't the best and it started coming apart after the first use. I should have reenforced the seams before going. I did wear it over my winter coat and had plenty of room for my arms, so it wasn't like it was super tight or anything like that. Just not seen the best. But I do love it.

I used this for an Americana themed Halloween costume. It would be rad for 4th of July parties if you were looking for a statement piece that was both radical and annoying to wear for long periods of time. The dude in the picture is wearing it backwards, and notice how his hands are up? Its literally the only way it will stay 'on' if you wear it that way. My flag differed from some pics in that it had two miniature flags sown on the far upper corners, where you put your arms through to 'wear it'. If you don't hug your arms tight, it will droop (whichever way you wear it) and for shorter folks, it means the flag touches the ground and that is not good. I'm 5'6 and it didn't touch the ground when it drooped. I wore it like a shawl with my arms in it, and the flag at my back. It was fine except for when it came time for my office potluck. I almost dipped it in the chicken chili, and when i reached for a slice of Cheryl's carrot cake, i was embarrassed to see 4 people from Accounting watching me cover the veggie tray with my flag cape shawl. Pretty sure there was a aignificant amount lf judgment there, but I really think they have too much time on their hands and a pack-mentality anyway. It is super flimsy material, but you get what you pay for and it was a fair price. It totally gets the job done though, and now i have a wearable flag and if you are looking at this, you probably don't have one yet.
