Ordered a new replacement housing under warranty, was sent the single o-ring style. Was told the dual o-ring is no longer available. Where?

A very good question, indeed, since leaks are a common complaint with many of the 4" diameter housings. I specifically looked at this unit because the detail photo does show two O-rings. Was this housing redesigned? Does it still have the grooves for two O-rings, or was one of them completely eliminated? If so, which one was removed, the top or the side O-ring? If the groove is still there, can I add the second O-ring myself as a supplemental seal? And if yes, what size is it? (My apologies for responding to a question with a load of other questions. I'm really not a politician! I promise! But I do feel this subject needs further explanation from the manufacturer. Thanks!)

This item has two o-rings. From the picture they look like they are two different thicknesses and two different diameters. Replacement Source?
