I've been taking these for a few weeks and I really feel like my energy levels have improved. I don't have any negative side effects, and I feel like my overall pallor is better. I can't really comment on whether it helps me focus, because I have AuDHD and I already take medicine to help with that. Overall, I believe it is effective and worth the money. But of course I'd love it if I got even more supplements for less money. So if bulk buy ever becomes and option for reduced overall cost, I'm here for it.

This was delivered on time and as described. I was suffering with some pretty severe back pain. Since I started taking this, it has diminished. I would like to think it's the anti-inflammatory properties in this product. Time will tell.
