Uncomfortable Couch & Difficult Return Process
This couch was not what I expected at all. The comfort level is honestly awful. As a couch, it’s extremely uncomfortable for sitting for extended periods of time (less than an hour). The cushions feel stiff and unsupportive. The “bed” feature is even worse. After taking a nap on it, I woke up super stiff and uncomfortable. It is definitely not suitable for laying down neither. Not a good item for the amount it cost. I initiated a return, but the vendor has been very difficult throughout the process. I would strongly recommend staying away from this couch if comfort is important to you.
