I was looking for something to help my immune system out. I have a school age child and every time she brings home a cold from school. I'm sick. It's been this way for years as recent as last month. I started taking this about a week ago. My daughter got sick a few days ago & surprisingly, I'm not sick at all. Taking 1 of these daily is the only thing I've done differently. So I'll definitely be using these from here on out. I use a very small amount of water and to me it taste like like orange juice. I'm so impressed, I've even ordered the kid version for my daughter.
