While I am pleased with its performance and functionality, I have noticed some concerns with the outer shell and front panel. The powder coating seems to be of low quality, as it has several scratches and dust particles accumulating on it. Additionally, there appears to be an issue with some parts being uncovered, which could affect the overall aesthetic and usability of the appliance. Very shocking and disappointing experience with Faber. I thought this was a trusted brand, but the response from the company is xtrmly poor. My chimney was purchased recently in March 2026and is already completely non-functional & no response from Faber.Pls think before purchase Faber product .But the shocking thing is that Amazon has blocked me to write review in the purchased Faber chimney since once I wrote negative feedback.If Amazon can't accept negative feedback of the product why you list.The feedback given here is only for Faber and Amazon Very shocking and disappointing experience with Faber. If Amazon cannot accept genuine negative reviews about a product, then what is the purpose of allowing customer feedback at all? This feedback is specifically regarding my experience with Faber and Amazon.

I bought this microwave oven from Amazon with high hopes, but right from the day I received it, the heating performance has been poor. It simply doesn’t heat food properly—dishes come out unevenly warm or completely cold, no matter how long I set the timer or adjust the power levels. I expected at least basic functionality from a brand-new appliance, but this product has failed from the start. It's frustrating to wait several minutes only to find that my food is still cold. This defeats the whole purpose of owning a microwave oven. I tried contacting Amazon support, and while the return/replacement process was available, it’s still disappointing that such a defective product was shipped in the first place. Clearly, there’s a quality control issue. Would not recommend this product at all unless the manufacturer addresses this heating defect. Very poor experience overall.
