The flavor is very distinct to a quality mustard. I always use this mustard when making home made potato salad and it makes the potato salad stand out as excellent!

This mustard has the best flavor. Even my husband who hates mustard surprisingly likes it.

Just a tad different flavor.
First, this is a bit pricier than the usual store bought but I couldn't resist trying it. It definitely has a different spice pop to it. It also does not seem to separate as easily as the usual. Probably won't purchase again.

For this particular occasion, I am using it with corned beef and cabbage. I often sub it for regular yellow mustard.
