These are the most effective lactase pills I've found. These never make me feel sick or give me a stomach ache.Using the same dosage of Lactaid gives me a stomach ache even if I don't eat any milk products, because of the other ingredients in Lactaid, but these are tiny and basically just lactose.I do take a couple when eating ice cream so try that if one does not suffice.My one complaint is that when they rattle around in your pocket they tend to break up a bit.

These do work pretty well if you don't overdo it. THEY ARE HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE HOWEVER.Please lower the price.

Great product for price, functionality makes digestion some much easier. It’s eating dairy feel as good as it taste. This was my second purchase and I will continue to purchase this product. I have to use less of this brand than the leading brand for this type of product.

My lactose intolerance basically went away after taking these. I am happily drinking whole containers of queso or milk with no problems. :)
