My daughter really loves this hoverboard. It is easy to use, fun to ride, and she has been enjoying it a lot. She helps more with chores inside too now! I also had an excellent experience with the seller. For the price, this product is great. It’s decently fast and is perfect for my son. He is 5 years old and he is able to stand up on this without a problem. The battery lasts a little over an hour on a full charge which is plenty of time to have fun!

Le vendeur m'a contacté suite au commentaire laissée. Malgré que cela fait 1 an, il a proposer de m'en envoyer un nouveau ..ce que j'ai accepter. Il est gentil et avenant ;) Bien hâte de recevoir le nouveau suite à l'envoi du problématique !! Ne semble pas garder sa charge...je l'ai charger avant la première utilisation et il a à peine durer 3 minutes...

The GOTRAX Client Support Team is AMAZING! My kid wanted a GOTRAX hoverboard, so he sold lemonades and goodies for the summer with a couple of friends. He saved the money and told me "Dad, I am ready to buy the hoverboard". He purchased it, tried it, learned and had lots of fun with his new hoverboard. After a year the hoverboard stopped working and I contacted GOTRAX Support Team and explained the situation as my kid was really sad :( . GOTRAX was very responsive to my email when I explained the issue. Long story/short, GOTRAX sent my kid a new hoverboard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally recommend GOTRAX

Kids love it, but it puts off a chemical smell that is very noxious. We have to store and charge them in the garage. The offgassing smell can easily overwhelm you in a closed room. Not sure what's up with that. Phalates, PCB's, Formeldahyde, or battery issues? No charging issues observed. I wouldn't buy it again based on the fumes it emits.

After a month there was a malfunction with the hoverboard so I contacted the number provided for warranty and they immediately answered and sent me a return label, after sending them a short video of the problem. They sent me a new one within a couple weeks! Michelle at Go Trax customer service was kind and quick with her responses and very helpful! My daughter is thrilled to be riding her hover board again and can’t wait to take it outside! Thank you so much!!!!

Works great and kids are flying around the basement. Only issue is the battery does not seem to charge fully as it always says yellow and never green when checking battery life. We puchased 2 and they are both the same. Battery takes a very long time to charge also.
