Positives and negatives, then full review: Positives: Well made, sturdy build Holds wide range of devices (12 - 22 cm) securely Easy to open part holding the device, due to string handle Decent length gooseneck (about 78 cm) Large clamp with thick padding, opens 4 cm Once adjusted, stays in place well Flexible section closer to device gives good fine adjustment, wide range of viewing angles Negatives: Gooseneck very stiff, so hard to adjust Clamps moves sideways when adjusting the gooseneck sideways Will wobble if you need to type or use other inputs (although think that's unavoidable) Full review: These are an excellent idea, really useful, and overall, this is well executed, but it's not that easy to adjust, especially sideways. The goose neck is very stiff, apart from the bit closest to the device, which is more flexible. It's definitely not going to droop any time soon and stays in place well, but because the neck is so stiff, when adjusting it sideways, the screw-on clamp tends to also move sideways, and gradually works its way loose, however much I tighten it. The clamp is nice and big and has thick padding, but also has a thick post going through it, so it only holds on with the front 4 cm or so. You would think that would be enough, but mine is fixed to a glass table top, and I either have to hold the clamp in place while adjusting or open and re-position it afterwards. I also tried it on my kitchen worktop, which the clamp opens just wide enough to accommodate (4 cm), and it slips sideways there, too, when adjusting it sideways. Fine adjustment using just the white part closest to the device is fine, but if like me, you need to be able to move the whole thing out of the way sideways, it can be a bit annoying. If you intend to position this and leave it in place, with just fine adjustment, it's great. The gooseneck is a decent length, about 78 cm. The part that holds the device is very good, nice and firm, but easy to open due to the string grip. My ipad feels securely held, have no concerns that it could fall out.. The part holding the device opens between 12 - 22 cm, so will fit a wide range of devices. Overall, it feels well made and sturdy, so still gave 5 stars and would recommend. I think it might hold better with slightly harder or rougher padding on the clamp..

I bought this product when looking for a versatile holder for a device to mostly watch videos and to play casual mobile games, fairly gentle usage. When the product arrived it fit my phone and tablet perfectly fine and had the strength to hold both without the arm bending under the weight. However, the plastic ring holding the leather sheath to the base was broken upon arrival. At the time I thought nothing of this as it did not seem to compromise the structural integrity of the arm and worked exactly how I wanted. After a few weeks of use I noticed the arm beginning to sag during a YouTube viewing and then promptly breaking. Upon inspection, the interior metal pipe had snapped completely. It is my thinking that this snapping was due to the initial separation of the plastic ring which allowed the arm near the base to bend more than it should which led to the eventual failure of the joint. After being unable to contact the seller I thought the best option would be to leave a review requesting a replacement if possible. This product was great while it lasted and I believe the only reason for the catastrophic failure was the fault out of the box and maybe if I had brought it up with the seller then this wouldn’t have occurred. I feel five stars would be in order for this great product if only I hadn’t received a faulty item in the beginning and would wholly recommend this as well as getting straight in contact with the seller if you also experience this issue. UPDATE - Just came home to a surprise parcel, a replacement! This one is perfect and I’m certain will last. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the goodwill of this company and great customer service, they obviously care about their customers. Would recommend 100% 👍

This product is very sturdy,strong, and flexible. It is ideal for desktop use. It holds my tablet securely, and the clamp is more than wide enough for my needs. However, for overhead use the grey flexible cable isn't long enough. I am a quadriplegic; i operate my tablet by moving my head. My head movements are tracked by the tablet's camera and translated into onscreen actions by an app. As a quadriplegic, my movement is severely restricted. When i need to move in bed i need to be repositioned by carers. This involves the carers having to clamp and reposition the stand on one side of my head then the other. As a consequence, in order to use my tablet effectively in bed, i require the clamp to be placed right on the centre on top of the headboard. From this position the flexi cable doesn't arch enough to for me to comfortably use my tablet.

Super content de ce produit après une grosse semaine d'essai. Assez rigide sur la plus grand partie maintient très bien un iPad 9,7" et maléable dans la partie finale vraiment bien vu, la pince fonctionne très bien avec bonne prise en main pour serrer et desserré . Top pour lire et regarder des films, je ne m'en passe plus. 6 mois après la partie malléable est casée, quel dommage la fragilité viens de là. le reste est solide je vais essayer de le réparer mais c'est pas gagné.

Ich habe die Halterung vor einem Jahr gekauft, weil es mir empfohlen wurde. Ich nutze es mehrmals die Woche für livestreams oder Tischfotografie - es wurde also ganz normal benutzt, nicht nur hin und wieder. Es erscheint mir robust und gut verarbeitet, mein Handy von Samsung hat mit Hülle perfekt gepasst. Der Vorteil dieser Halterung ist die Befestigungsvorrichtung am Tisch. Einfach anklemmen und festdrehen - es hat perfekt gehalten ohne die Tischkante zu beschädigen. (deshalb 5 Sterne für Stabilität, dies beziehe ich auf die eingestellte Position). Insgesamt eine sehr gute Halterung, der Preis ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Es gibt ein bischen Abzug, weil nach nur 12 Monaten bereits der Halterung abgebrochen ist. Und ich gehe wirklich pfleglich mit meinen Sachen um! Da ich von dieser Halterung insgesamt überzeugt bin, habe ich mir eine neue bestellt, diesmal die mit der Klammer, vielleicht hält das besser. Ich berichte dann.....

Compré este producto con miedo a que no fuera estable y me sirviera de poco pero debo de decir que cumple con su función sobradamente, el día que lo desempaquete, me asombro bastante lo duro que era el brazo para moldearlo, desde que le puse la posición que necesitaba no he vuelto a cambiarlo. Lo uso para sostener un iPad y pensaba que se caería del peso hacia abajo pero…. NO. Es el mejor producto que he podido comprar para esta finalidad, ahora puedo pintar horas sin tener que estar con el iPad a encima para ver el dibujo. Nota: el brazo es muy largo.
