Grounding Mat Earthing Pad

I can't t believe the immediate improvement in my overall well being; more energy & stamina, sleeping better with a miraculous decrease in disc & joint pain. I know it may sound unbelievable but my flexibility is shocking, I can now touch the floor, do sit-ups & easier mobility. Skeptics take Note that I shared my experience & my mat w/ a friend, he slept on it & after only 1 night reported a huge decrease in both joint pain & decreased inflammation was visible especially in his knees. I researched Grounding before my purchase & I'm thrilled with this product & appreciate the generous size, materials & price. I actually met 72yo man that's been Grounding most of his life & he gets around like a teenager & only takes a baby aspirin daily. Even his doctors are surprised. This product costs less than a doctor appointment or most prescriptions. You have nothing to lose & so much to gain.

I like it. Easy set up and i feel good about using it. Ran barefoot all the time back in the day and this ensures that I still can in some way.

it is GREAT I have it under my desk. Even my cat uses it.

This grounding mat is awesome! I have fibromyalgia (currently untreated) and my horrible back pain stops immediately. I sleep on it and don’t wake up in pain anymore. If you’re think of buying it, go for it!

I use it everyday! Love it!

Am not sure what I am supposed to be feeling. Have sat on this mat, put my feet on it, laid on it etc.etc and don't feel any different. Guess I was expecting it to take away the pain in my legs and thighs, but so far nothing. Disappointed!!

surprisingly good quality for the price!

This mat works, but I didn’t really feel any different when I used it on the floor or on my bed. Not sure if grounding mats are a thing or just a gimmick.
