Der Markt ist voll von Kollagen,in allen möglichen Variationen und ebensolchen Preisen und die Qal der Wahl ist groß.Ich habe für mich für Marine Kollagen Typ 1&2 von Prowise entschieden. Es ist absolut geschmacksneutral. Jetzt,nach fast einem Monat sieht man die ersten kleinen Erfolge.Meine Haut ist überall am Körper etwas gestrafft, im Gesicht die ersten kleinen Fältchen einfach weg und die Haut sieht einfach besser aus. Mein Knie,das sich hin und wieder mit starken Schmerzen meldete, und Joggen so wie langes Laufen nicht mehr möglich waren, verhält sich sehr ruhig und ist fast schmerzfrei,und das nach nicht mal einem Monat täglicher Einnahme. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt etwas verblüfft aber auch sehr erfreut über den Erfolg bei täglich zwei Kapseln Pure Marine Kollagen. Ho deciso di provare un integratore di collagene marino con acido ialuronico per migliorare l'elasticità della pelle e la salute delle articolazioni, dopo aver notato una certa rigidità e segni di invecchiamento cutaneo. Assumo due capsule al giorno durante i pasti principali. Dopo circa 3 settimane, ho notato un miglioramento nell'elasticità della pelle e una riduzione della sensazione di rigidità articolare.
